Overview. This illustration provides and overview of the workflow involved for receiving and processing invoices and expenses. Using the great file sharing services of Box.net and its integration with Salesforce.com and Smartsheet, we are able to quickly process invoices and expenses. Once the cheques have been issued, the documentation (including the budget) can be immediately updated in real time.

Naming Convention:
  1. Invoice OR Expense Form OR Quote OR Estimate
  2. Fiscal Year
  3. Vendor OR Name
  4. Program OR Number
