Objectives


1) By August 1st 2009, to develop a comprehensive IT strategy for our organization that is posted to it.timeraiser.ca, as well as organize our inventory of hardware and software documentation and related workflows.

2) By the end of August 2009, engage with 10 new IT stakeholders in the social media and IT space to discuss our technology and social media strategy that will result in developing one or two strategic partnerships. Partnerships such as

3) By the end of July 2009, establish Civic Footprint's online presence via a blog, revamped Facebook strategy, tactical twitter and LinkedIn strategies.

4) By August 2009, establish weekly reporting on our online influence and the success of our online communications using Google sites and social media assets.

Looking forward to the future of social media, it is clear that mobile technologies will place a significant role in software development.  We recognize the need to research and develop mobile versions of our online properties, in order to stay current and flexible in this space.

What does the future look like to us?  We're brainstorming and daydreaming about the possibilities. Here is a sneak peak: "Analysts suggesting that the "collaboration marketplace" could be a $34 billion opportunity".
