Inventory - Portals

The following list describes the portals and sites we've deployed to enable our work.

[1] Timeraiser
This site allows people to register for a Timeraiser. It also includes the administrative panel to accept applications from agencies and the voting functionality. Additionally, the content blocks allows us to create new Timeraisers.

[2] Civic Footprint
This site has three basic principles. The first is allowing users to plan and track their engagement. Secondly, the general public - specifically Agencies - to post up coming activities.

[3] Framework
This site is HQ for our programming including Timeraiser and Civic Footprint.

[4] IT & Operational
This site outlines our IT strategy (including social media) and contains a comprehensive overview of our sector engagement and inventory of tools and operational best practices.

[5] Marketing & PR
This site outlines our Marketing and Awareness strategy. It also houses the work-plan for our e-material and print material needed for the Timeraiser and Civic Footprint programming.

[6] How to Plan a Timeraiser
This site provides any person who wants to engage with us or learn how to plan a Timeraiser one stop shopping. The site includes aspects of the agency, art, awareness, event, resource development and participant plans.

[7] Agency Portal
This portal focuses on content and how-to information for agencies participating in the Timeraiser. As our key contacts changes from time to time, this site is a powerful way to give fast and relevant training to participating organizations.

[8] Civic Footprint Portal for Art Winners
While the procedural and administrative requirements for an art winner completing his or her pledge is rather straight-forward, this portal is proving critical to enable this faster and with fewer resources.

[9] RSVP for Special Guest
Artists, media, corporate leaders, and past art-winners are invited to attend Timeraisers. Many of our members are responsible for inviting and following-up with potential guests. The Google form engine allows for us to create a simple way to manage and track rsvps.

[10] Staff Retreat
Each year staff and selected volunteers travel offsite to do spring cleaning of our files/workflow and upcoming planning. The goal of this portal is to give the board and external stakeholders access with what we planned to do and what we accomplished.

[11] Board Governance (Protected)
The board has a password protected site that houses all governance related materials. This includes the board calendar, agenda/minutes, budget documentation, policies, etc. It also has modules for board development.
